December 28th, 10am – 2pm  at Total Sports Experience 880 Elmgrove Road  Rochester, NY 14624-1320 (585) 458-4263

The combine is for all athletes, grades 9 through 12, to be tested and to compete. The athletes go through testing in 40 yard dash, shuttle run, vertical jump, broad jump and bench press, then they have specific positional skill evaluation in their specific positions for a full 30 minutes followed by a full 30 minutes of one on ones. Then a 1 hour showcase, 7 on 7, where the best will go against the best. All Athletes that are in the combine Must give 110%

A plan to get police and kids together through sports is finally reality. The Police Activities League (PAL) was announced Thursday morning at the Public Safety Building. The first event will be a softball game scheduled for Saturday night at Frontier Field.

The PAL team has members from the Emerald Society, the Italian-American Law Enforcement Organization, and Rochester Area Minority Police, and it will play a team of area high school students.

LIFE SKILLS TRAINING 2011

Athletes will have an opportunity to display their skills and talents amongst college scouts to help themselves in the recruiting process.  There is also a Life Skills component that will help improve our youth’s ability to be SCHOLAR ATHLETES first. Resume writing, interview skills and goal setting plans and ideas.  All Athletes that are in the camp Must attend both sessions for the camp and give 110%
